This role requires the ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions to make precise cuts that meet job specifications and quality standards. The position also involves understanding company setup sheets and effectively prioritizing tasks to manage the work schedule efficiently.

Shipping/Receiving – Lead Position

This role is required to match work orders with parts to ensure that the parts and the quantity match the paperwork. Inspect parts for errors and quality; this includes checking parts for any burrs or damage. Generate packing slips and prepare shipping labels to include UPS orders. Package all orders to customer specifications. Verify part number and quantities to purchase order and visually inspect all incoming supplies/materials for damage or discrepancies.

This role requires the ability to read blueprints and work instructions to set up and operate various machines, including deburring, cutting, and flaring equipment. The position requires strong attention to detail to ensure quality, including inspecting each part using gauges and visual checks for defects. The employee must also understand and follow company-specific setup and data sheet guidelines.
